The dried garlic chips produced by our company are slightly yellow, with beautiful shap, free of debris and peculiar smell, can be eaten or used as raw and accessory condiment for food. As long as it is immersed in warm-water, it can recover to be inherent.
When dealing with dry garlic chips, the garlic bulbs are cleaned of silt and foreign matters attached to the garlic bulb. the roots are subtracted. the garlic bulbs are broken off, the garlic skins are peeled off, imperfection are removed. the cloves are sliced with water after removing pedicle and peeling. the slices are rinsed fully in flowing clear water and dried by throwing. Sieve the chips, and sieve out the crushed particles, fragments, and residual garlic coats. Pour the selected garlic slices on the sorting table, remove impurities, brown slices, grains, etc., and then grade them. The graded garlic slices also need to be re-baked once if the water content exceeds 6 %.
Dried garlic flake can be packaged after being cooled at room temperature. Corrugated cardboard boxes are usually used for packaging. the inside of the box is lined with moisture-proof aluminum foil bags and plastic bags, which are sealed and then put into storage. The warehouse for it should be dry, ventilated, odor-free and pest-free, and the temperature in the warehouse should be about 10℃.
